His experience in the hospitality industry and retail outlets has highlighted the need for improvement in the training of franchisees and employees. With this vision Michael has developed a training curriculum to ensure the process of employing, training and assessing trainees in the workplace as easy as possible for all parties.

Rohan Samara has extensive experience in hospitality, training and marketing. As a registered Trainer, he is responsible for monitoring, coaching and assessing dash trainees and will work closely with Michael to train them so that they will become an asset for your business.
Absolute Retail Trainers is an Registered Training Organisation that delivers training in Certificate II, III and IV in Retail Operations.
Absolute Retail Trainers can:
- Issue a statement of results and qualifications;
- Verify assessment against nationally recognised competency standards;
- Assist with the development of training programs;
- Organise and deliver training;
- Recognise and verify existing skills of the trainee;
- Offer advice on training strategies within the workplace; and
- Support the workplace assessment process.
